A YEAR IN REVIEW…

What an amazing decade it has been in downtown Minneapolis! It has been a privilege selling real estate during some of the most dramatic periods of growth our city has ever seen. From the housing crisis of 2008, to recent years of record setting sales, there is now an exploding residential population downtown. New buildings are going up in every neighborhood and national recognition across 

the board has put downtown Minneapolis on the map! Target Field, the Guthrie Theater, Gold Medal Park, US Bank Stadium, and countless other landmark projects have all helped shape our evolving landscape downtown. Our residential population, thanks to people like you, has now reached 50,000 people, which is a 56% increase from 2006! This huge growth has sparked many new restaurants, boutiques and grocery stores that never existed before.

It is a privilege to do our part in supporting the growth of our beloved city, one household at a time. We have built many strong relationships over the past 22 years with homeowners, community leaders, and business owners downtown who all support our business and share our vision for a beautiful, safe, and exciting city in which to work and live.

Thanks to these strong relationships, we are proud to announce that our team has been selected to represent United Properties to handle the exclusive sales for the upcoming Four Seasons Private Residences. This will be the first five star hotel and residences in Minneapolis, and it is an honor to be working alongside two legacy companies like United Properties and Four Seasons.
