A LETTER FROM CINDY

When the Pohlad family called me in June of 2019 to ask me to come on board, I knew I would be a part of something really special. It has been an absolute privilege to sell Four Seasons Private Residences over the past three and a half years. The incredible construction and development team, the trailblazing new residents, and the impact this building is having on downtown is all so inspiring, especially as we built this during the midst of a pandemic!

We are celebrating our twentieth closing today. I am so happy for all the people who live, work, dine and build community at this very important landmark in downtown Minneapolis.

What an inspiration for further great development in our downtown core!
