MN TWINS HOME OPENER: APRIL 4TH, 2024
The Minnesota Twins will host their 2024 Home Opener against the Cleveland Guardians on April 4th. Whether you are entertaining clients, coworkers, a school group, or family and friends, Twins Baseball at Target Field is the place to be in 2024!

The 43rd Annual Minneapolis St. Paul International Film Festival returns April 11 - April 25 to The Main Cinema and other venues around the Twin Cities. As the largest annual celebration of international cinema in the region, and one of the longest-running film festivals in the country, MSPIFF43 promises another exciting lineup of around 200 buzzworthy films from around the world, plus an exciting array of parties, panels, visiting filmmakers, and other special guests.

art in bloom: april 25th-38th 2024
Art in Bloom, the annual celebration of art and flowers, presented by the Friends of the Institute, will take place April 25 – April 28, 2024. We are excited to be celebrating our 40th anniversary this year!
Free and open to the public, Art in Bloom exhibits imaginative floral interpretations of selected works of art from Mia’s permanent collection, created by more than 100 individual and commercial florists.
Over the course of the four-day festival, everyone is invited to experience the floral beauty and fragrance throughout the museum, take a free guided tour, and enjoy family activities for our younger guests. Admission to the museum will remain free during Art in Bloom.
SCULPTURE GARDEN ART FAIR

MINNEAPOLIS SCULPTURE GARDEN ART FAIR: MAY 11TH & MAY 12TH
For the first time ever, the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden will be home to an art fair, Mother's Day weekend in 2024. The event is owned and operated by Homespun Events.
The event will feature approximately 150 artist booths, along with music, crafts, food, and more. Details will be announced here as they are available.
ART-A-WHIRL

ART-A-WHIRL: MAY 17TH - 19TH
Art-A-Whirl is the largest open studio tour in the country, which happens annually throughout Northeast Minneapolis the third weekend of May. This will be their 29th year!
Over 1,200 NEMAA member artists, galleries, and businesses participate across all of Northeast Minneapolis at over 80 locations. Art-A-Whirl is a fantastic way to connect with artists in their own spaces, enjoy demonstrations and interactive activities, listen to live music, and enjoy local restaurants and breweries. Art-A-Whirl is free and open to the public.
